We would like to give you the best possible service here at Vedas so we would ask you to work with us. We ask our Clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their treatment. This allows time to fill in our consultation card, to relax and prepare. Thereby, allowing you derive the full benefit and time from your chosen treatment or package.
Salon and Spa Dress Code
Robes, slippers and towels are provided for your comfort throughout your spa experience. You will be draped during all services to protect your privacy. Please communicate any special needs to your therapist. Disposable items will be given to you for the appropriate treatments.
We would ask our Clients to put all valuables in the lockers provided for the personal safety of your belongings. Please take off all jewellery also and place in your locker. Vedas Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
As ultimate relaxation is our highest priority, please maintain a quite level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests. We would ask that mobile phones and other electronic devices be switched off or to silent on entering Vedas. Clients are not permitted to use mobile phones whilst in the spa.

Our highly trained therapists will help you attain whatever outcome you seek, be it to address a specific health or wellness need, simply to help you rest, relax and rejuvenate or refine and embellish your natural beauty.
Our treatments and packages have been developed to exceed the expectations of the client seeking a results-driven treatment while also incorporating holistic aspects to ensure you feel relaxed, nourished and refreshed both throughout and after your treatment.
At Vedas, we want you to feel safe and nurtured. Thus, all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which should be discussed with your therapist during your consultation. If you have a medical condition, or are currently taking any medication at all or have special dietary requirements, please do mention it to your therapist. Should a treatment or product not be right for you at this time, we will try to offer you an alternative more suitable treatment. If you would like a tailor-made treatment or package, your therapist would be delighted to discuss the options available to you and to offer you any guidance and assistance you may require.
Please do inform your therapist prior to the treatment if you have a history of skin sensitivity, if you are currently on any medication or have any medical condition so that we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Before and After Care
- Some treatments such as tinting and waxing require a patch test 24 hours before your treatment.

- Don’t forget your flip-flops if you are booking in for a pedicure or spray tan.
You are welcome to browse through our retail centre where all of our products are available to purchase. Your therapist and skincare advisor will be happy to advise on any queries about after care or homecare and any other requirements you may have.
